The Internship & Placement Committee (IPC) at the Faculty of Law, BHU, takes care of all the placement-related activities at the institute. BHU B.A. LL.B. Placement is initiated each year in the month of July and goes on till the month of May next year. BHU LL.B. Placements start with handing out invitation letters to various firms, advocates and other organisations for the recruitment process. Interested companies submit the completed form and candidates are shortlisted against the requirements mentioned by the organisations. Aptitude tests are also conducted if needed. The interview session for placements starts every year in the month of November. As per the external sources, a major portion of Banaras Hindu University alumni is placed in the Education sector (19%) followed by Research (15%) and Business Development (11%).
