SCL, Mumbai charges very minimal fees for its courses as the 3-year LL.B. Tuition fee for general category students is around INR 23,000. However, candidates can also avail scholarship facilities offered by the state government or the institute itself. Good luck.

Eligibility criteria for admission in University Law College, Utkal University
45% Mandatory Courses: B.A.B.Sc.B.Com
Candidate must have Graduation Degree in a relevent field or equivalent with securing minimum mentioned marks from a recognized board / Institute/ University.
Minimum 70% in CLAT or State entrance exams.

Course duration of 3 years Bachelor Of Legislative Law LL.B. Total Fees is Rs. 3,30,000 and for B.A. LL.B. 5 Years is Rs. 11,00,000. Though the fee structure is completely flexible if you are eligible to avail scholarship through your CLAT rank.

The fees structure at Dr. B. R. Ambedkar College of Law for Bachelor of Laws (LL.B. ) are as follows:
Rs.10000 per year + Exam Fees (as per university) + Refundable Deposits + Other fees.

Sister Nivedita University has a better integrated law programme and ranks highly in Kolkata. However, I would suggest trying for NLU, Kolkata as it has better NIRF rankings in 2022.
