Since you already have a degree in BM and want to pursue LLB. The next course of action you can take is to apply for LLB Course in your desired college and enroll yourself in the same. LLB can be pursued after graduating from any field.

Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University or HNBGU takes admission through Central University Entrance test (CUET-UG) conducted by NTA. You can apply for the entrance test through CUET's official website. After the declaration of result HNBGU will invite students to take admission on the basis of merit.

Hey Annapoorani,GLC Tiruchirapalli is one of the most affordable govt. Law colleges that one can get. Fee for LLB is around Rs. 1409 (for first year).

On average, it will cost you around 20,000 or 30,000 per annum.
Fees is usually not too high in the University of Delhi.

Students can apply for BA LLB admissions immediately after passing their class 12th board exams from a recognized institute.
BA LLB is a 5 year integrated law course that deals with interdisciplinary topics such as law and arts subjects such as history, sociology, English, Economics etc . In BA LLB, the first 3 semesters are dominated by arts subjects and the rest of the 5 semesters contain law subjects.

Yes you can get admission in 5-year LLB program but all depends on your score in 12th standard, if it is below 45 percent then you can't.
