Goa University BSc seat reservation is based on the reservation policy of the Goa State Government. Given below is the Goa University BSc seat reservation policy:

• 1% of total seats shall be reserved for Children of Ex-servicemen
• 2% of seats, subject to a minimum of one seat, shall be reserved for the SC category candidates of Goa State
• 5% of total seats, subject to a minimum of one seat, shall be reserved for PwD candidates
• 10% of seats, subject to a maximum of two seats and a minimum of one seat, shall be reserved for candidates of the other Indian Universities
• 10% of total seats shall be reserved for the EWS candidates of the Unreserved category
• 12% of seats, subject to a minimum of one seat, shall be reserved for the ST category candidates of Goa State
• 27% of total seats, subject to a minimum of two seats, shall be reserved for the OBC-NCL category candidates of Goa State
• 15% of seats, over and above the allotted number of seats, shall be reserved as supernumerary seats for overseas candidates
• Out of the 15% supernumerary seats, one seat will be reserved for Kashmiri Migrants as per directives of the UGC

Candidates applying for admission under the reserved categories shall be required to submit a valid Certificate to that effect issued by the Officer of the rank of the Deputy Collector or any other authorized Officer as notified by the Government of Goa.

In order to get admission to Goa University, students need to graduate with respective subjects from a recognised university. 

Goa University offers two-year courses of MBA (Regular) and MBA in Finacial Services. At Goa University, all of these courses are taught through the Goa Business School. Below is Goa University MBA eligibility:

• Candidates need to complete a bachelor's degree in relevant subject to apply for Goa University MBA programme.
• Graduate in any stream including Commerce, Science, Arts, Engineering, Management and Professionals like CS, CA, ICWA, CMA, CAIIB and CFA, who have completed their graduation from Goa University or any other recognised University in India or abroad are eligible to apply for MBA Financial Services.

For admission to MBA (Regular), students need to qualify either CMAT/ ATMA with a valid score. The final selection for both of courses is based on the performance of candidates in the Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds conducted at the university. Once selected, aspirants need to pay the course fee to confirm their seat in the university.

MA is a two-year programme spread across four semesters. Goa University offers MA course across various specialisations through total six schools and faculties. These specialisations are:

• Political Science, etc. 

Goa University offers two-year MA programme divided into four semesters. The total tuition fee for MA at Goa Univerisity ranges from INR 13,040 - INR 20,640. This fee is taken from unofficial sources and hence, is indicative. Students are requested to visit the official website to get more details on the same. 

Fees for a three-year BA programme offered at Goa University ranges between INR 4,600 and INR 19,300 depending upon the specialisation selected by candidates. Apart from tuition fees, you need to pay hostel fees and, one-time fees during the time of admission.

Goa University offers M.Ch. in Neuro Surgery at the super speciality level in the Medical field. The university accepts NEET SS scores followed by NEET SS Counselling for admission to the said course. Admission to Goa University is conducted through NEET MDS scores. Based on the scores, the Goa University cutoff 2024 is released for the candidates. In order to get admission to Goa University MBA, students need to first qualify the respective entrance exam and the appear for the Group Discussion and Personal Interview round conducted at the university.
