Hello,
As per the NTA guidelines, aspirants who have qualified master's degree or are enrolled in the post-graduation, can apply for the exam. So, to appear for the exam, firstly you have to enroll in LL. M. degree. Before applying for the exam make sure you fulfill other requirements also. To appear for the exam, you have to score at least 55% aggregate marks for General/OBC category or 50% aggregate marks for SC/ST/PwD category in the post-graduation. Hello,You can do LLB in regular and M.Com from distance, but you cannot do both the programs simultaneously. You can do them after you complete any of one course.

You can do LLM through distance or a university near to your house. 2nd thing, LLM generally has weekend classes, so maybe you can manage on the weekends for a few hours. I hope this link will help you:
