The eligibility criteria of LLB (Hons. ) of IIT Kharagpur is given below. Eligibility for Admission to LL.B. (Hons) Degree in Intellectual Property Rights :
First Class Bachelors Degree in Engineering / Technology / Medicine or equivalent. or
First Class Masters Degree in Science or Pharmacy or equivalent. or
First Class MBA Degree with any of the above
The requisite qualifying marks for admission to postgraduate and research programmes of the Institute are CGPA 6.5 in 10 point scale or 60% marks for GE/OBC candidates (these are CGPA 6.0 and 55% marks for SC/ST/PWD candidates). So from above you are not eligible for IIT kharagpur LLB cours

Please write about the college name for better response. However, you are eligible for admission in LL.B. course. The major admission in LL.B. are based on entrance exams conducted by respective universities.

The basic eligibility criteria for LL.B. Course admission is a Bachelor degree in any stream with minimum 45-50% of marks. So if you are meeting the percentage of marks as stated above than can be eligible for LL.B. Course.

AIBE XV 2020 is for the candidates who have graduated LL.B. After Ist July 2010 can appear in AIBE exam as many time as it required. So there is no need for you to appear in AIBE exam.

Yes you can apply for LL.B. admission after the completion of your graduation. The major admission in India in LL.B. course are based on entrance exam conducted by the respective Universities. The upper age limit for pursuing LL.B. course is 30 years.

As per BCI circular 1519 dated 17.09.2019, The upper age limit for LL.B. (3 years course) admission is 30 years. Please See this link for better understanding:-
