The basic eligibility criteria of pursuing LLB course is Graduation with minimum 50% of marks. Hence your Graduation degree is must for application process. Please contact your University for obtaining the degree.

The minimum qualification requirements for pursuing the LL.B. Three years course is graduation in any discipline with minimum 50% of marks. So nothing benefits will be given for B.Com. Degree.

The application forms for 5 years Integrated LL.B. Of Madhu Sudan law University Orissa has been released on 7th September, 2020. The last date of submission of forms is 14 days from the date of publication of C. H. S. E. Odisha (all streams) Result or 30th September, 2020 whichever is later.

If you are asking about the Company Secretary course, than CS course can be start with the following qualifications as :
1. After 12th : Candidates have to complete the following three courses as under. A) Foundation Programme
b) Executive Programme
c) Professional Programme
2. After Graduation : The Student who would like to join the Course after passing the Graduation has to undergo two stages of the Company Secretary ship I. e. d) Executive Programme
e) Professional Programme
So from above LL.B. Is not necessary for doing the CS course.

The average fees of B.Com LLB in private universities are INR 5 - 12 lakhs in private institutes and for public institutes, it ranges from INR 2 to 5 lakhs.

To qualify for the CLP exam, you need to meet the following requirements: Minimum of 3Cs in SPM (or equivalent), and. Minimum of 2Es in A-Level or 2Cs in STPM (or equivalent), and. A recognised 3-year Law Degree with passes in 6 core subjects and graduated within 6 years of initial registration with the university. Thanks and all the best.

Date of declaration of result for 5 year programme is dicey, and depends upon when the exam will commence. Students will be granted admission on meeting the declared cutoffs. The cut off is the last rank secured by the candidate in MHCET Law entrance examination. You will be a law graduate after completion of your degree and definitely you will be covering most of the polity syllabus in advance it means you are almost 15% to 20% syllabus is done.
