Opt for BBA, if you had class 12th commerce, because otherwise it gets tough for other stream students to solve accounts problems etc. You can opt for BA. It is easy. But, anyways opting for either of them does not have any difference.

It would be better if you can type in English. From what I could understand, you have scored 40% in BA and now want to do LLB. you are eligible for the 3-yr LLB course which takes admission from an entrance exam.
