The bar council has removed age limit for the course but you have 40% marks which is 5% lower than the required percentage. Try doing it from an open university. If you don't get admission, then you either you will have to do another master/bachelor course or a 5 year LLB on the basis of your class 12th percentage.

Hi,
Yes, you can get admission here as the bar council has removed age limits. The minimum required percentage is 45 and you have scored more than that.

Hi,
Yes, you can do LLB. You are eligible for a 3 year LLB course only offered by many universities like DU, BHU etc.

Hi,
LLB is a full time course and you cannot study it from distance. At maximum, what you can do is to get admission in a university where attendance is not strict.

Hi,
Seeking admission into 3-year law course qualifications needed are only 12th and three-year graduation, with 12th being the basic qualification for seeking admission into 3-year law course,
The qualifications of 10th, 12th (+2) and graduation may be obtained through any mode (distance/correspondence / open schooling method).
And the Pass percentage is 45% for general category, 42% for OBC category, and 40% for SC/ST category.
Fees will be Rs 84,000
