MNLU-Nagpur is one of the latest NLUs. It will take some time to establish like all institutes, but will definitely grow fast because of NLU tag.
Also, Nagpur has Bombay HC bench, so makes for a good choice if a person is inclined towards litigation.

It depends on factors like choice of career, academic inclination, financial viability and affordability (esp. for Mumbai, if it is not hometown since the cost of living is high).

For admission to NLUs (except NLU Delhi) - CLAT, NLU Delhi - AILET, for most Maharashtra colleges like ILS and GLC - MHTCET and for Symbiosis (all branches) - SET.

Hello, to become a medicolegal advisor you could do M.Sc forensics. LL.B program is also there, but think you have the background you just need to excel with forensic odontology, Good luck.

You can apply but you have to show all the documents prove of name changed and you might have to make an affidavit that you have changed name, they the University might accept.

You can't do full-time MBA with your LL.B. MBA is a Masters degree which requires its full 2 year. There is no use of doing part time MBA its of no use. Its better you first focus on your LL.B. After that, you can do MBA.
