Yes, you can apply for LLB after 12th. You may either choose BA LLB or BBA LLB five year integrated undergraduate program. You need to give the entrance examination for getting admission. Every college conducts their own entrance examination.

Good evening dear,
Yes, you may get admission for LLB but you need to clear the Entrance test for the concerned college or any other National/State level entrance test (if applicable).
It may offer B.A LLB or B.Com LLB. Visit College's official websitefir the same.
Thanks!

Yes, you can pursue LLB through distance education. But, I don't recommend it, if you want to make your career in law.

The eligibility criteria of LL.B. At DU is Graduate/Post-Graduate degree from the University of Delhi or any other Indian or Foreign University recognized as equivalent by the University of Delhi with at least 50% marks or an equivalent grade point in the aggregate in either of them. Hence, 12th passes students can not apply for LL.B programme.

All regular colleges have cumpolsary attendance. You would want to pursue a distance course if you are a working professional and by my understanding, I think that LL.B. Is not offered through distance. Even if you are able to find a college that gives admission and does not count your attendance, It will not be useful as you will have to hide your work history.
