JGLS Sonipat is preferred to NUSRL Ranchi in many ways. They are explained as follows:
1. Better exposure (National/International).
2. Experienced Faculty.
3. Best infrastructure than NUSRL
4. Strong Alumni Base
5. Better placement opportunities.

The best colleges are:
1. Jindal Public Law School
2. Symbosis Law School Pune
3. Nirma University Ahmedabad
4. KIIT Law School
The other universities are ICFAI Hyderabad, UPES Dehradun and Army Institute of Law. There is no ranking for all these named colleges as every college is almost same.

Dear aspirant,
It depends on the availability of colleges you are getting via your rank The general category cutoff of TSLAWCET is 6201 for females and for males, it is 3317. So it depends on the availability of seats in colleges. And if you are unable to make it to any TSLAWCET college, you can opt for private colleges and other government institutions such as Symbiosys or Christ University.

Amity Law School is a better option to pursue. Bharti Vidyapeeth, Delhi is affiliated to GGSIP University, so you get a brand value. SRM University's law isn't recognised much until now. GD Goenka is good but Amity has a better brand value.

Both the options are good. It totally depends upon your interest. If you want to make a career in law then LL.B. is good for you. If you want to enter the managerial world, then MBA is a great choice. My personal opinion is that you should go for MBA along with pursuing a certification course on law.
All the best for your future.
