Hi,
Regarding correspondence courses as far as my knowledge goes many good universities have closed law through correspondence. However, in Delhi University, evening law course is available. Please think about joining evening law course which is a regular course.

Legal consultants are not necessarily required to pass state bar exams. However, employers do prefer applicants who have courtroom experience, and individuals interested in working for these types of employers would have to pass the necessary state bar exams. Indeed. The ICFAI University is good for pursuing law as The ICFAI University has good faculties and course curriculum. It provides internship to each and every student. Placement is also good. It organises moot courts, parliamentary debates, national seminars and many other competitions which helps the students to improve their skills. Faculty is very cooperative.

Hi Anusua.
Amity, Kolkata has good placement although it does not guarantee 100% placements. Major recruiters are Adobe, British Airways, BNP Paribas, BAJAJ ALLIANZ, Aviva Life, BPL, etc. You can expect a starting salary from 2.5 lakhs to 10 LPA depending on your own calibre.

Not bad. See there are plenty of good law colleges in Kolkata - Hazra Law College under CU, Amity University, etc. All of these will provide you a good legal education. The main problem is - that Kolkata also has NUJS - somewhat of a Goliath/Titan so far as Indian law sector is concerned. So the graduates of Hazra, Amity will always face stiff competition from NUJS grads - as most employers will have some bias/preference towards them. That does not mean that you cannot get placed if you don't go to NUJS - with good grades and balanced extracurriculars like moot competitions, law reviews, etc. You can get your foot in at many firms.

Hi,
Based on your CLAT score there are some universities who can consider your CLAT score but I suggest that you should appear for different entrance exams which are comparatively easier than CLAT and offer universities like Symbiosis Law School, O. P Jindal, UPES Dehradun and many more universities.

You can't do two distance programs at once even if it is from different colleges. There is a certain UGC guideline that prohibits a student from pursuing two degree courses at once.
