Dear Gurneet,
According to me, you should focus on CA first and clear all the level in one go, than apply for LLB programme that will be of 3 years. Both the fields require time commitment and you should be focus on one field only. Pattern for your goal CA and than LLB will be the best way.

Doing B.Tech LLB can make you an expert for company or law industry.
If your branch is CS or IT, it will also be very easy for you to understand the situations of particular case to solve.
Cyber security personals are technical persons who actually work for system or system related security.
If you have done or will do B.Tech LLB and cyber security course, then it will be of great benefit in cybercrime related cases.
