This is like comparing oranges with apples. You should first decide which course you want to pursue.
As far as PGP of IIM Kozhikode is concerned, it is well reputed and would be ranked around 6-7th in India.

You can enroll yourself for 3 Year LLB courses at Law colleges that offer the program like:
1. Government Law College – Mumbai.
2. Jamia Millia Islamia - New Delhi.
3. Indian Law School – Pune.
4. Delhi University - New Delhi and various other State Universities.
You may enroll yourself in Evening Courses (Delhi University offers one) while working at your firm during the day. The course isn't that difficult for I know someone who worked during the day at law firms, to get a hands-on experience, while pursuing his 3 year course in the evening. Once graduated, you are at par with any graduate of law and eligible to practice law.

Complete your B.Com and then go for three year LLB course from some reputed institution. It will be better for your career as your courses in B.Com will help you get a better understanding of commercial, business and trade related laws.

Go for three years course. Since you have already completed B.Com and CS Final, I would advise you to start working on a job and pursue a three years' LLB course from an Institution where attendance is not compulsory. That way, you can gain job experience along with a degree in Law. Even if you want to pursue a full-time course in LLB still 3 year program is more feasible. 5 year LLB will be a waste of time in your case.

Graduate-level professional courses are not offered through correspondence/distance. But there are Institutions offering full-time LLB where attendance is not compulsory, you only have to appear for the written examinations. However, such Institutions are not given much weight-age by employers, so it might not help you a lot. But, otherwise it is a very good combination of courses/degrees. Since you have done B.Com. as well, it will be easier for you to understand and master laws relating to finance, tax, trade, etc. and based on that, after completion of LLB, you can either join a corporate house as a part of their legal team or join
