No, the LLB distance education is not approved by BCI, which means you cannot practice law after studying LLB from distance education and you cannot also pursue LLM after it.

Hey Nishar, for getting into Faculty of Law MIT WPU for LLB, you'd generally need a CLAT score in the range of around 70-90 marks. It's not as competitive as the top NLUs, but still, the better your score, the better your chances of getting in. I'd say aim for at least 80+ to be on the safe side, but it also depends on the number of applicants that year and other factors. Just make sure you prepare well, and you should be fine.
