Yes, of course, you can apply for Honours after B.Com but in some of the specific colleges but dear, please clearly mention here that now where do you want to apply for admission or which college you are asking to have your admission.

I would suggest you to do MBA abroad rather than M.Com.

Have you pursued Masters from Andhra University, Waltair? If, yes then you can apply for UGC NET Exam as It is a UGC Approved University. Make sure you also meet the required eligibility criteria for the UGC NET Exam like education qualification and age norms. You must have secured minimum 55% aggregate marks in postgraduation to be eligible for NET Exam (5% relaxation is available for other than general category). Eligibility for M.Com:
For admission to M.Com programme, students must fulfil the below-mentioned eligibility criteria:
* Bachelors degree in commerce. * Minimum 50% marks at the level of graduation. * Certain universities also admit students with a B.A. Economics (Hons. ). Degree. * Students who have passed BBS, BBA BFIA and BBE with at least 60% marks can also apply.
