Some universities require Masters as an initial qualification for Masters in philosophy. But some universities provide an exemption of Masters in any stream. If you have any qualification like ICWAI, CA, CS, MBA or any professional qualification.

Career in teaching will be very good for you as you have M.Com degree. You can easily get job in schools and +2. Become lecturer in some government college. You can be a teacher in a coaching centre that is giving coaching for M.Com and B.Com students you can also apply as a teacher in schools for mathematics subject.

Firstly, you have to decide which banking sector you would like to work in- private or public? If it is in private then after the completion of MBA programme you definitely will get a job in Private sector banks. But for public sector banks or RBI you no need to go for MBA programme, instead after the graduation you have to clear the bank exams conducted by RBI or other banks to get a job in banking sector.
