I would suggest you to do MBA abroad rather than M.Com.
For that, you need to attend GMAT and have to apply in the respective University you wish to join. If you still wish to study M.Com kindly refer the link below

Eligibility for M.Com:
For admission to M.Com programme, students must fulfil the below-mentioned eligibility criteria:
* Bachelors degree in commerce. * Minimum 50% marks at the level of graduation. * Certain universities also admit students with a B.A. Economics (Hons. ). Degree. * Students who have passed BBS, BBA BFIA and BBE with at least 60% marks can also apply.

The webpage of this college is silent about fees charged for various courses. It would be recommendable to get in touch with the college officials for the detailed information on the fee structure.
