Hello,Yes, you are eligible to appear in the UGC NET December 2019. You can also go for UGC NET Apply Online 2019 procedure by filling the form till 9th October 2019. But make sure you will qualify M.Com within two years otherwise after qualifying the JRF you will not be eligible to use UGC NET certificate. Eligibility criterion for pursuing this course is a Bachelor's degree with commerce subjects such as accounts, maths and economics. Candidates having completed graduation in B.Com. / BA / BS or another equivalent degree with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate are eligible to apply. Thank you.
