These two are different option, so comparison cannot be fair.My inputs:
If getting job is your priority (may be financial requirement, family priority for early settlement, etc.). Prepare for Bank PO if higher studies is your plan go for M.Com. Do you have any idea what you will do after M.Com. Will you go for further higher studies like M.Hill or Ph.D? Another option is both, you can take admission in M.Com. And also simultaneously prepare for Bank PO. If you can give 3 hours daily for Bank PO you can clear exam during your M.Com. Getting a job is the main objective of most of the students. No, I don't think you can. In fact, you won't be able to complete it from the same university as well because there is only 3 years' buffer time to complete your degree.
