Yes they do offer this course.
Candidates who have completed graduation in commerce stream from a recognized university are eligible to apply for Post Graduation programme in Osmania University. They are required to secure a minimum of 40% marks in qualifying examination. There is no age restriction for this course. Final year candidates who are awaiting their results are also eligible to apply.

For pursuing post graduate diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication, you only need to be a graduate in any stream. There could be some upper age limitations and minimum grades requirements that you can check with each university or college that are applying for. You will have to face an entrance exam consisting of an aptitude and general knowledge test.
