A minimum percentage is 55+ in PG. Later, you have to qualify in NET. It is very good, if you have a PhD and research publications. Qualifications are similar Degree and PG colleges and Universities, governed by UGC scales.

You would not be able to get admission in any top tier MBA colleges. I would suggest you to retake CAT exam and aim for FMS.

Congratulations for your score and such good profile.
KIAMS has finance as an option for PGDM, but marketing is more prevalent in KIAMS.
Companies generally come for marketing profile though finance companies do come.
But you can go on for better college as your score and experience is good.
Another option which you can go for is to try and give 1-2 other exams which will open door to even better colleges and it will be in best interest as per your profile.

You can opt for small certification courses like Tally, SAP and Advanced excel. After completing the certification do an internship from a good firm.
