If you have completed graduation in (Physics / bio / chemistry / Zoology / Botany / Biochemistry / Microbiology / Applied Medical Sciences / Biotechnology) / engineering / pharmacy / medicine / BDS then you are eligible for admission. Percentage in last qualified exam (graduation) required for admission in M.Sc. May vary from university to university (50-60%). It depends on the University/College, in which you are planning to apply. But you need to have thorough knowledge of your Bachelors and specifically chemistry. Questions from chemistry are always asked. If you are planning for Delhi University then read your Bachelors syllabus, its more than enough. For Indraprastha University, study chemistry and Bachelors portion.

Minimum eligibility criteria for M.Sc. In Forensic Science course may vary across institutes. Primarily, the criteria include:
