It depends on the college you are applying to. You must check the central university websites you are thinking to apply to, UGQP1 and UGQP2 are different for different courses in different universities. Some universities may also require you to fill up counselling forms.

First of all, you have to send your state name and you have to query about them that private or government admissions are open in MSC in the first week of June July.

If you have done M.Sc in zoology, then you have some options but you have to find them and search about them in India there are quite some options, but in foreign countries are too much placements zoology good luck and hope you understand.
