Placements in Amity University are good. They also provides creative summer internships, which helps student to figure out which field is better for them to continue in future. Internships are also offered by them if you're unable to find out and placements as well. In Amity University, placements we got good companies such as Coca cola, BMW, ICICI bank, Amazon, flipkart etc.

Microbiology is a part of medical science degree, so you are definitely eligible to study M.Sc in Physiology course. Candidate who have completed their Graduation in Psychology or its relevant specialization are definitely eligible for M.Sc in Psychology course. The candidate require to score more than 55% of marks at Graduation level. The candidate will also be needed to appear in the admission test.

You cannot do M.Sc without Bachelor's degree. I would suggest you join a Bachelor's programme of your preference. From your marks I believe that you are not great in Science, there are other programs out there that you can try apart from Science courses.

There are plenty of scope. The FMCG sector is growing at a really fast rate. As the middle class of this country rises, more opportunities would be created in the FMCG. The industry looks really promising. But, do join a good college with placements.

Yes, generally most of the college would allow, but there are some colleges which do not allow this, in most cases eligibility would be described as Bachelor's directly related to the Masters and equivalent.
