The decision would be based on your interest areas and long-term career plans. If you want to pursue a career in academics / technical / research areas then M.Sc would be a better option. However, if you want to move into general management / operations side then MBA would be better. Further keeping in mind your interests you can pick on psychology, chemistry or forensic sciences.

Yes, it's possible to crack MBA entrance exams. You need to join a training institute that imparts exposure to preparation for CAT. 3 to 4 months preparation is enough to get good scores in CAT.
