As far as the university course is recognized by the rehabilitation council of India it is good. This rank average in all the colleges according to UGC ranking,so you must go for it, getting admission there.

If you are doing any job and also wants to do complete your education, then I would suggest you to go for distance education you can do distance M.Sc in that you don't need to attained classes you only need to go for exams.
