MDSU library houses a total of 57478 books, including plenty of periodicals, theses, CDs, etc. They also offer a variety of newspapers and other complimentary materials for students to remain up-to-date with current events. The Central Library is housed in a separate three-storied library building named 'Saraswat Bhawan' with immense textual and non-textual reading material in a variety of documents concerned with different subjects.
