If there is an option of pursuing a dual degree with M.Sc. And B.Ed then you can go right ahead and pursue the course. However, as per an UGC act you will not be able to pursue two separate regular courses at the same time, unless the second course is a distance course from the same or different university. Regards.

Hi, You have no option to calculate your percentile score because percentile score is depend on -
1)Total no of candidate can appearing in the exam.
2)Number of candidates who have scored less marks than you. Both are unknown to you so you have not calculate it. Because this information is hidden to candidate. If you collect above two date then you can easily calculate your percentile. I didn't get you, which MS you are talking about?

Eligibility for admission to PG courses in Germany is mentioned below:
Students are expected to have at least 70-75% from a reputed Indian University. They are also required to appear for GRE (by some Universities) and a score of above 300 should do the needful. IELTS (6.0) or TOEFL (100) is also required. Regards.

Qualification for admission into PG Program:
B.H.Sc./B.Sc. (Home Science) of 4 years duration.
Qualifying entrance exam for admission into M.Sc programs is conducted by Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University on its own. The entrance examination consists of different sections, aiming to test the aptitude of the candidate in regard to knowledge of the subject, as well as general knowledge and current affairs. Please apply directly to the college for admission to M.Sc. Botany by filling the registration/application form for 2018. Eligibility criteria to apply for admission is mentioned below:
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Candidate should have passed Bachelor's Degree in the relavant field obtained through the (10+2)+3 system or an equivalent qualification from the recognised University or equivalent to it.
