You can write entrance for Ph.D NET GATE and go to research field. Appear for GATE to secure qualification in PSU:
Write SSC
Work in a coaching institute
Work in an industry / pharma company

No universities offer distance course in the subjects you asked for. If there is any, then it is not reliable, because M.Sc in the above subject has lot of practical work.

You can provided you do B.Ed and clear TET of particular state. You can also teach in college if you clear NET/SLET for lectureship.

After doing M.Sc, it becomes imperative to do Ph.D if you want to remain in academics. But if you want to go for administrative jobs, then PGDM would open more channels of employment for you.
