Hi,
Either one can be done which will depend completely on your interest. MBA is ideal if you are opting for a managerial career. But most MBA programs do not admit freshers and work experience is compulsory. MS is research oriented, if you want a research or academic career in your discipline. Admission in MS is also very competitive.

You have many options in front of you. If you have completed your under graduation it gives you a license to practice your profession or get employed in the industry. If you want to pursue higher studies, you could do that as well, which will give you access to additional avenues. The choice is yours.

No, it's not. The subject in which admission is sought must be an Honours subject. In B.Sc (Hons) a subject is studied in all the three years at graduate level.

You must have Chemistry as one of the subjects at the UG level and Zoology must be your Honours subject. At B.Sc. (Hons) level, a subject is studied in all the three years in UG.
