Biotechnology thought sounds very good but in actually less jobs are there in India. in our country its an emerging field of science still. After post graduation the esay available job may Beyonce faculty. So choose wisely.

There is not difference between both. Integrated Msc may or may not save your one year. Level of studies are almost same. One thing is there that after graduation will be free choose any pg of ur choice which is not with integrated.
