Shreya, the best way is to opt for PhD and also clear the UGC NET exam. After PhD you can either opt for a research based industrial organization (organic chemicals or pharmaceuticals), or get into the education line (Professor in a college).

Hi Ayush, since there is no MCA degree abroad you must look for MS IT or MS Computer Science. Scholarships are awarded by the universities on merit basis. There are government scholarships too. Have you decided which country to apply? I will be able to give you accurate information if you can specify the country or look at the options below

Hope it helped. Feel free to revert.

You have completed your Bsc i suggest you to do Msc with IIT because it opens a great career path. For Msc from IIT you have to give a particular entrance exam i.e. IIT JAM .This exam is conducted in February every year .Final year students can give this exam.IIT JAM is one of the difficult exam.
Rather than this for Msc there are another entrance exam i.e. TIFR.
But firstly i will suggest you to do MSC rather than engineering sector.
You can check last year IIT JAM Cut off here.
