industry and academia. Some of the pre placement activities are planned where students are trained
and drilled. Systematic pedagogy of teaching and professing the concerned subjects as per requirement of
industries. Mock placement drill with critical analysis. Teaching practice as a course for the aspirants who want to join teaching as a profession. Special communication modules. Categorization of students and companies as per their CGPA and profile respectively. Identification of the companies as per the skills and interests of the students. Arranging educational tours to various Industries and Premier Academic Institutions to enable them to interact with scientists and experts. Arranging workshops for having better hand on experience as per industry requirement. Department has well-equipped labs for B.Tech & B.Sc. Physics practical work. These labs are well-equipped with Four Probe Set up, Ultrasonic Interferometer for liquids, Hall effect set up, Induced EMF set up, Kater's Pendulum, Compound Pendulum, Stewart & Gee's Tangent Galvanometer set up, Meldey's set up, Simple Pendulum set up, Newton's ring set up, Anderson Bridge Method, Digital weighing balance etc. Department organizes various events and students participate in various curricular and co-curricular cultural activities.
