You will be getting CSE and all other specializations offered by VIT with CSE  in the VIT VELLORE campus.

The course fee structure for B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering is 7.80 Lacs in VIT Vellore.

All courses fee structure range from 6.92 Lacs to 7.80 lakhs.

GGSIPU administers students for BTech + MTech in ECE based on the scores obtained in the JEE Main entrance exam. As per the latest JEE Main cutoff data, the closing rank for BTech + MTech ECE course is 52796 (for the general category) in 2024. Closing rank depend on the category and quota of candidates. GGSIPU's opening and closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For the general category under All India, the closing rank was 135489 in 2024. Cut off are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even the domicile of the home state. Admission to BTech +MTech in Chemical Engineering at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam JEE. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying for while checking for cut-offs.

It is possible that you may get a seat in Vellore or Chennai campus of VIT for Integrated M.Tech with a rank of 3225.

If you cracked UPSC ESE then definitely join as IES. Or if you are preparing then give both GATE and UPSC ESE your first priority should be IES then any PSU job.

It is true that you have achieved an acceptable rank, but it would not be enough to obtain a joint M.Tech spot in software engineering for category 1 at Vellore division of VIT. You could potentially acquire it under tier two, but chance are scarce since places are meager and the aforementioned course is the most desired pick in a combined curriculum.

Wait till final round you may get a seat in a decent branch because no one can predict the closing rank. VIT Group of Institutions offer 64 Undergraduate, 35 Postgraduate, 16 Integrated, 2 Research programmes and 2 M.Tech Industrial Programmes. In addition, full-time Ph.D. in Engineering and Management disciplines, Ph.D. in Science and Languages and Integrated Ph.D. programmes in engineering disciplines are offered.

Dear student, Vellore Institute of Technology is a private deemed university with rank 9 under the "Engineering" category (NIRF). It offers a 5-year integrated postgraduate programme (M.Tech. In software engineering). As of now, there is no entrance exam-based criteria for this particular course. To be eligible, you must have passed the Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the State or Central Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with a 65% aggregate in Physics Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM). It does have a merit-based fee structure as follows:
Category 1 tuition fee ( 1-3years): INR 96,000
