Banaras Hindu University (BHU) in Varanasi is generally considered to be a better college than DNLU Jabalpur.
BHU is a renowned university known for its academic excellence. In 2024, NIRF ranked BHU #11 overall.
If you consider my suggestion choosing a good college would more depend on your distance from that college as well as the course you are choosing for.

In Indore, there are many colleges which provide D.Ed and B.Ed at inexpensive prices. D.Ed fees are around 35,000 in Vidyasagar College and around 36,000 in B.Ed of the same college. D.Ed fees in Sage University are reasonably low with fine quality education. Gyanodaya Mahavidhyalaya provides reasonably priced D.Ed courses. Again, both D.Ed as well as B.Ed of Parijat College are cheap. These have quality education as well as it is affordable too.

A candidate who scored 90 percentile in JEE Mains in the EWS category would have chances to get into DAVV Indore sitting on home state quota.
Well, the exact cutoff changes with respect to the number of applicants and exam difficulty every year; generally, a score of 90 percentile does place one quite high up there.
The EWS cutoffs at DAVV tend to go lower than general ones, but this also depends on which particular engineering branch one is looking at. Some high-demand branches may have really high cutoffs; others, however, may not be too hard to get into.

As per the usual trend followed by the Vikrant Institute of Technology and Management in Indore for waiting for the CBSE 12 result date, that date aligns with the official CBSE board results, most reckoned to be located probably in between the months of May and June. For updates and the like, consult the CBSE website or contact the institute directly. Also, it may be good for you to ask the institute itself for academic schedules for admission-related information and result announcements.
