IBMR IPS Indore offers scholarships up to certain amount to help candidates get the higher education they deserve. Scholarships are offered on the basis of merit in entrance exams and academics. The scholarships are given on first cum first-served basis to meritorious students. A scholarship is equally divided into two parts one for each academic year. An awardee shall be eligible to receive the scholarship in the second year only if he/she maintains their merit through outstanding performance in their programme.

IAE Bhopal offers a decent placements for its BBA passed out students. The institute offers guidance placement officers who help them prepare for interviews, build professional resumes, and connect with top aviation companies and MROs. IAE has not released the placement report for the year 2023. For admission to the Institute of Aeronautics and Engineering Bhopal for BBA course, candidates must have completed the Class 12 examination with PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) or a three-year approved Diploma in any of the streams. SSAT exam is conducted by Sha-Shib Group in order to shortlist aspirants for admission in Aviation courses offered like Commercial Pilot License, Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, Cabin Crew/ Air Hostess, Ground Staff, etc. Candidates willing to secure admission in the AME can attend the entrance exam. However, merely appearing for SSAT 2025 or getting a high score in the exam does not guarantee admission to the AME course.
