Ankit, yes with these marks you can get admission in MIT and even in some of the NITs.
But in case with this good score in 12th and JEE score you fail to get a good college of your choice, you can get you a seat in some of the best private universities that are offering admissions both on the basis of JEE score and 12th marks.
Some of the good private universities are also offering good scholarships on the above criteria.

Please check DTE website for Central Admission Process. if you strictly wishes to get admission at MIT, Pune, you can personally visit them and finalise
