Hello,
MIT attempts to place everyone at the end of course. But it's quite dynamic in nature. However, things are expected to only improve as we progress in years to come.

Hello,
I feel MIT has a better faculty and facilities of this branch. It has well oiled placement cell that is a must these days. But then to get admission here, you need to be domiciled and appear for MHTCET.

Hello Prateek,
The best college would be IIT – Roorkee and IIT - Mumbai. The admission will depend on your score in GATE. Hence, you need to give more emphasis on this issue.

Hello Saurabh,
The admissions earlier were not based exclusively on entrance exam but combination of this and marks of 12th. Hence trying to compare with this year is futile since now it's based only on MHTCET.
After the exam is over, some sites will come up with college predictor. That will tell you about possibility of admission in MIT.

Dear MY, MITSOT-Pune has got the highest placement package last year. It was 8.50 LPA if you want to go for telecom, prefer Balaji Group-Pune which focuses more on the telecom area.
All the best.

You didn't mentioned private or government.
Incase for private you should have 100+ or even 90+.
For government,120 will take you to top NIT's and will also qualify you for JEE Advanced.
If you are SC reserved,85 is fine to get into NIT's ,same for ST reserved too.
