You have a good score. All primer colleges that consider MAT score can shortlist you. For sepcialisation, I would suggest you to go with one you feel of your choice and don't flow with the preconceived notions from others. Take your time and choose the course which you feel to go in.

Hi, you need to register on DTE for CAP rounds and then through all India rank seats, you will be allotted a college. The cutoff through MAT is usually around 99.9x percentile.

Minimum cutoff is 70 percentile in CAT/XAT/CMAT/MAT. Overall performance in academics is also taken into consideration.
