Yes, sure. For B.Sc mathematics, one must have PCM as a main stream and any one other optional subject. The candidate should have qualified the 12 exam with 60% minimum to be eligible for the admission. Now, many colleges take admission direct in the basis of 12 or few colleges take admission by the entrance exam they conduct.

Dear Khafeel!
For the entry level post as a TGT-PGT in CBSE School, you need at least B.Sc. Degree. It's a gateway to get into. But If you are having some past 4-5 years of teaching experience in maths already at some other schools than there is very high chances to get the job as a teacher in CBSE School. Hope this helps.
