Engineering: (except Biology)
As you should have studied other subjects except for medical oriented Biology, Botany and Zoology, you can pursue the engineering degree in other streams. However, to study an engineering discipline at the college level, three subjects Maths, Physics and Chemistry are mandatory to be studied until class 12th. If you qualify maths then you can study BE/ B.Tech in electrical and electronics, Mechanical, Civil engi

I would advise you to continue your Bachelor's from your home country, but make sure that you must enrol in a 4-year program then apply for MBA in financial management.

The main thing required is graduation, so if you are in graduation then you can go with IPS preparation. Never compromise with your preparations if you do so, you can definitely crack it.
