Hi Jitendra,
You have to apply for CAT exam, then around October-November each year you have to apply for admission to FMS.
FMS rolls out interview offers through CAT scores alone.
Selection is done based on your CAT score, interview score, extempore score and other diversity related factors.

You have a chance, generally cutoff is around 70-75 percentile. Depends on this year's applications filled. You may have a chance to get a call.

Different colleges give different preferences, usually it varies between 10-25 percentage along with that your work experience may be given some preference.

Yes, B-Schools are still taking admission applications. Check for TAPMI, Great Lakes, IFMR, BIM-Trichy, K J Somaiya, IMI-Delhi and LBS-Delhi. You can also check for IIT-Kanpur, IIT-Kharagpur and IIT-Madras, there last date of applying is 30th January 2017.

Yes, you are eligible for 2017-19 batch.
After you get a MBA seat, through Anna University for Thiagarajar School of Management sometimes for checking the English knowledge, one GD and a personal interview will be conducted as an admission procedure. Otherwise you are free to walk with the eligible TANCET score 2017.
