If your score is low then it would be better to go for work experience first as it will give you more points at the time of selection. Also, you will have an option for EMBA as well which is also a good option for experienced professionals.

Business schools require an MBA essay which is mainly a career goals essay. You have to highlight your interests of doing the MBA program, why you want to apply and how it's going to help you. Mention your overall challenges, what have you done out of the league to showcase your uniqueness. Mainly ask yourself why Stanford should admit you and not someone else who could be better than you.
A CV on the other hand is a normal CV about your academic and work profile. Perhaps we can talk about the interview prep once you have an offer. Good luck.

Hello Siddhant,
Pumba is a better option than IIM Bodh Gaya as it is more established, better ranked and offers good placements than the IIM. Also the ROI is not an issue for Pumba.
