I have overall 70% in graduation but in 1st semester my result was 49% which was less than 50% am I eligible for MBA exam?

Most probably. They check your overall, if you have not performed in 1 sem but other Sen's results are good then you should not worry about it.

First complete your BBA then prepare and give CAT and get admission into IIMs.
