During placement season, companies visit the campus or conduct virtual recruitment drives and deliver pre-placement talks to introduce their organisation and job roles. Students then go through various selection stages, which may include aptitude tests, group discussions, technical assessments, case-study rounds, and personal interviews. The Placement Cell coordinates the entire process, assists students with applications, and facilitates interactions with recruiters. Students are advised to maintain strong academic performance, actively participate in training programs, and stay updated on recruitment opportunities to maximize their chances of securing job offers.

GIBS (Global Institute of Business Studies) focuses strongly on holistic student development through a variety of extracurricular activities, clubs, and events. Students can participate in academic clubs such as Marketing, Finance, HR, and Entrepreneurship clubs, along with cultural, photography, dramatics, dance, music, and sports clubs.
