hi,

GIBS conducts its campus placement process through a structured approach designed to prepare students for corporate careers. The process typically begins with pre-placement training that includes aptitude tests, communication skills development, resume building, mock interviews, group discussion practice, and personality enhancement sessions. During placement season, companies visit the campus or conduct virtual recruitment drives and deliver pre-placement talks to introduce their organisation and job roles. Students then go through various selection stages, which may include aptitude tests, group discussions, technical assessments

Honestly, most people overthink this part. During application, it is usually basic academic and identity documents, so keeping soft copies ready beforehand makes things easier.

For BBA, usually people keep these ready:

  • 10th marks card / certificate

  • 12th marks card (or current marks if results are pending)

  • Passport-size photographs

  • ID proof (Aadhaar / similar document)

  • Transfer Certificate (usually during admission stage)

  • Basic personal and academic details

For MBA / PGDM, usually these are commonly asked:

  • 12th marks card

  • Graduation marks cards / degree documents

  • Entrance exam scorecards (if applicable)

  • Passport-size photographs

  • ID pr

As per the admission criteria, candidates need a bachelor's degree with the required minimum percentage from a recognized university to apply for MBA at LPU. Admission can be based on LPUNEST, national-level management entrance exams, or other approved criteria. What I like is that LPUNEST not only helps with admission but can also provide attractive scholarships. The MBA program is industry-oriented and offers specializations in Marketing, Finance, HR, Business Analytics, and more. The university also has strong placement support, making it a popular choice among management aspirants.
