At GIBS Bangalore, the placement process is pretty structured but still student-friendly, nothing too complicated.
first they do pre-placement training, like resume building, mock interviews, communication practice, and aptitude prep. then companies start coming to campus for recruitment drives. students register for companies based on interest and eligibility.

At GIBS Business School, the admission process is simple for both UG and PG courses. You just need basic academic and ID documents while applying, nothing too complicated.
For UG (like BBA):
- 10th marksheet
- 12th marksheet (or appearing proof if results not out yet)
- Passport size photos
- Aadhar card / valid ID proof
- School leaving / transfer certificate (later stage if asked)
- Application form filled properly
For PG (like PGDM/MBA):
- 10th & 12th marksheets

The MBA eligibility at GIBS Business School is simple. You need:
- A graduate degree (any stream) from a recognised university
- Minimum 50% marks (45% for some categories)
- Final year students can also apply
You don't need only CAT — they accept other scores like MAT, CMAT, XAT, KMAT or even direct interview. The main thing is that you have a valid bachelor's degree and you perform well in the selection process.
