Interview call depends on your academics as well not entirely on CMAT percentile

Now a days, Online Education is the best option if you wish to finish your MBA .
As you are an IT Professional and might be working in rotational shift, so online MBA will definitely helpful for you to upgrade your knowledge. At the same time, you can gain the practical experience at work where you can actually implement what you have studied.

The admission into an MBA college is based on your graduation. There are a lot of colleges who do not intake students with Diploma. I would suggest you to kindly check the eligibility criteria for MBA on the respective college website beforehand.

Yes, you can do it. In order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need graduation in any field with at least 50% aggregate marks to become eligible to apply.

A minimum of 5.5 is recommended. You can opt to take the ELICOS program, if IELTS score is lower than the required score set by the college. Also, eligibility criteria differs with different programs. You must check the departmental websites for details.
