It basically depends on tier of the college you choose. So no need to worry, you can obviously go for the one who basically work on marks of other exams. So try to score your best in competitive exams like CAT, MAT and other.

You are eligible to study PGDM in Canada. You can check SPP colleges like Humber College, Fanshawe College, Fleming College, Durham College, etc. But, most PGDM courses require an IELTS of 6.5 so you have to write to the colleges and SEE if you can apply with the current scores. You may be offered a bridge course in English.

Yes why not in fact you should go for a course like MBA it is one of the most sought after courses that people do in today's time. In fact it is one course that has maximum demand in the work industry and now a days almost all the students opt to do an MBA as it gives you an opportunity to get in to administrative jobs directly and even with a good and handsome salary. Dear 15 percentile in CMAT college will not take admission but your graduation percentage is good You are eligible to basis of your graduation score but not on your CMAT score.

The eligibility criteria and related requirements of MBA (Banking and Finance) of IGNOU are given below.
ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION : For admission to the MBA (Banking & Finance) the candidate should satisfy the following conditions:
a) He/She should be a graduate of a recognized University.
