To pursue an MBA in India you must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline. The institute that you complete your graduation from should be recognized by any Indian university or AICTE to be eligible for the course.
You can apply from your final year of graduation and appear for the university's admission test you are planning to apply for.

As per your query it seems that you have completed your graduation through distance education.
So as per your profile you are not eligible to pursue MBA from US, as in order to pursue MBA from US you need to be graduate in full time mode.
Moreover in order to pursue MBA from US you need to have 16 years of education i.e (10+2+4)
