Cutoffs change every year. Previous year for general category, the overall cut-off was 97%ile with 91%ile in each section.
The cut-offs show how niche NITIE is, but just to get things in perspective, NITIE is one of the best colleges in supply chain and operations in India, arguably the best at that. For 2016, the highest package was 37 LPA and the average package being 16 LPA. Chances are if you are an above average student at NITIE, you can easily bag 20 LPA paycheque. Hi,
You will be appearing for CAT in 2018. You have enough time to read and practice. Dedicate 100 minutes everyday. Use Arihant Publications books for practice. That will be good and you can score above 90 then and if it is in this session then you do not have time. Prepare from Sample papers first.

There is no such "management quota" at FORE. (I would suggest avoiding those colleges which offer such quota. The reason being, do not waste your money on such colleges). If you are expecting less than 80 percentile in CAT, try for some other B-Schools, but not for FORE. Unless, of course, you have good scores in other aspects like industry experience/good marks all through in academics, etc.

All 3 entrance exams are good for your selection in different B-Schools like IIM, NMIMS, etc.

You can still take CAT exam. I suppose you still await your semester 5 and 6. Hence, if you are concerned regarding your B.Com score, you can work little harder and shoot your aggregate up with better scores in semester 5 and 6. Nevertheless, you can still apply for CAT.
All the best.

The cut-off is 80 percentile. Also, they take into account the group activity scores and personal interview scores along with your CAT score.

You can select more colleges than 5 that doesn't matter. By selecting the list of colleges your score is directly given to the selected institute.

60 percentile. In some cases, they may consider some scores below that. There are some relaxation in the case of reservation category.
