First of all, understand that no one can reliably tell you the exact minimum CAT percentile that you need to get an interview call from IIMB. The shortlisting criteria keeps on changing every year. Broadly speaking, some weights are assigned to each of class 10th, 12th, graduation score, and work experience (both in terms of number of years and relevance). Also, extra points are given to non-engineers (academic diversity) and for gender diversity. My take on this would be that past is already written and there is nothing you can do to change it. Your aim ideally should be to score as much as possible and not restrict yourse

XISS has a different cut off score for each department. HRM department has a cutoff score of 199+ or 95 percentile marks. Rest of the departments usually demand lesser than the one mentioned.
And, there is no eligibility criteria for class 10th and 12th marks. Usually, the college asks for 55% marks or more in graduation, therefore, you are eligible to apply for it.
